Wow.... Been a while. Yeah - Sorry. Heh.... It's been busy in my world. WAYYY too busy. I don't know that I could've been more happy to see a weekend arrive.

I re-read one of my very favorite books a few days ago - Lois Lowry's "The Giver." It's great... you should all read it!

Mom and I are roaming Covington tomorrow looking for a reception site for the wedding. That will be an adventure!

Tim was down this weekend and we had a BLAST flipping through wedding magazines and laughing histerically at the AWFUL dresses featured in them. (Dress shopping... yikes... that's going to be quite the adventure!)

I'm watching the olympics! YAY! Winter olympics are great - I love the ice skating! :o)

I really want a digital camera.... I feel like I'm WAY behind the times because I don't have one.

I'm really craving chocolate milk... too bad that I don't have any.

There was a fire in my apartment complex at 3am this morning.... a man (only 28 years old!) died in the fire. Apartment fires have always been a fear of mine... they can spread SO quickly. So - needless to say, I'm a little on edge tonight. I keep thinking that I smell smoke, and I keep making sure that my oven and stove are turned off. Yikes...
